The EJS ACT-PD registration of interest form is the first step to signing up to take part in the trial!

The form will ask for information about yourself, your Parkinson’s disease, and your contact information. This will help us to understand more about whether or not you are able to take part in the trial. Once completed, the information in the form will be sent to your preferred site so they can contact you to discuss the trial further. 

If your answers in the registration of interest show that you are not able to take part in the trial, it will tell you. If your answers suggest that you may be able to take part, your preferred trial site will contact you to discuss this further.

The registration of interest form is hosted on the Join Parkinson’s Research website within the Research+Me registry (JPR@Research+Me).
